TheSoph.AI provides a demo web application (the “App”) that showcases integrations with Meta APIs for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. The App enables authorized page admins to list pages, view page feed and insights, publish page posts, subscribe/unsubscribe the app to a page, and create & publish Instagram media for testing and demonstration purposes. The Service may change over time as we improve reliability, security, and compliance with Meta Platform Terms.
You must have the legal right to administer the Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business Account that you select in the App. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our policies, these Terms, and Meta Platform Terms. You will not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or disrupt the Service, or misuse Meta APIs.
The App uses Facebook Login to authenticate users and to let you explicitly grant scopes. Your short-lived User Access Token is stored only in your browser (localStorage). Server-side actions (e.g., retrieving Page Access Tokens, reading insights, publishing content) are performed via our Meta Business System User, following the allowed usage and least-privilege principles.
The App calls Meta Graph API endpoints strictly within allowed usage for the requested permissions, including (as applicable) pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_metadata, instagram_content_publish, and instagram_basic. We do not request or use data beyond what is necessary to run the demo flows you explicitly trigger in the UI. We comply with Meta Platform Terms, including rate limits and data handling rules.
If you publish Page posts or Instagram media via the App, you are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have all rights to publish it. You must not publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. We do not claim ownership over your content, but you grant the necessary permissions to perform the actions you request within the App.
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy at https://app.thesoph.ai/privacy. In brief, we minimize storage, keep user tokens in the browser, and use a System User server-to-server flow to perform actions you request. We do not sell or rent personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
The App relies on Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) for API functionality and Cloudflare (Workers and optionally R2/CDN) for hosting and secure delivery. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
The App, including its UI, code, and documentation, is owned by TheSoph.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law or these Terms. All Meta trademarks are property of Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of insights or metrics, or that the Service will meet your specific needs. You assume all risk for your use of the Service, including any publishing actions you perform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSoph.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TheSoph.AI from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or Meta policies, or if continued access would pose a risk to the Service or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date at the link above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where TheSoph.AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
